After an initial appointment to trouble shoot my water heater, which Max resolved quickly and efficiently, and clean my exterior AC Unit, I decided to get on the annual maintenance plan with MaxAir. Max made a return visit to my home a few weeks later at no additional cost, and provided fantastic care to help maintain my heater. I immediately noticed a huge difference in airflow to my second story rooms while he was still working! He provides a quality service at a more than reasonable price and offers suggestions and realistic expectations around upcoming issues that may arise and what those costs might look like so I can prepare my budget accordingly. Living in a Lakewood century home has its challenges. Our attic was converted to a master bedroom and the AC and furnace could never reach the room and control the temp properly. Our AC went out and we didn’t know what to do since it was going to be in the high 80’s this week and we have animals it needed to be fixed ASAP.
